Tanjung Tabalong, A Slice of South Kalimantan

wow, I've been 11 months in this small town, and it feels like it was just yesterday I was so busy taking care of the moving-here things.. I actually never wanted to live here for a long time.. yep, just try to take and feel the new small town experiences offered for us.. as a small town Tanjung Tabalong doesn't have any skyscraper at all, no mall just a traditional market.. and I tried my ass off sure as hell so hard to enjoy living here, but we failed.. now , not so much later, we'll finally totally move back to my husband's hometown, Balikpapan.. my beloved metropolitan-flair town..

my first "tattoo"

up and bored, and nothing to do and up and bored and can't wait for moving back to Balikpapan, that's what I'm feeling after all this year here, until I watched kinda TV show about tattoos in Islam.. salah satunya mehendi or mehndi aka henna tattoo, yang dibolehkan di Islam.. tapi tetap dengan syarat dan ketentuan berlaku sebenarnya.. boleh juga dicoba, doing something different biar gak bete.. =) jadilah beli henna pasta yang murah meriah dan liat2 desain mehendi orang2 di google.. sebenarnya dulu banget udah pernah pengen bikin mehendi ini, tapi gak dibolehin ama Papa Alif.. tapi yang kemaren boleh2 aja..

lek jare wong mbandulan, can't wait another day.. =D sure as hell, I don't give a f_ck about living here for any longer.. whew!! udah pengen banget kayak dulu lagi, mo ke mana2 deket, mo cari apa2 gak susah.. Balikpapan not so much later.. :)

thing happens for a reason

I said yesterday that we're about to move back to Balikpapan.. it doesn't mean at all that small-town life really pushed me down.. we're just fine before, until some bad things start to bother get us annoyed.. my husband's work situation, the unhealthy air here (the doctor said that) and any other thing that makes us take this decision about moving back to Balikpapan.. being here for a year makes me learn so many new things, I loved them mostly, adjusting myself to new culture and let my ears hear people speaking with different languages.. impressive.. live in this small-town makes me realized that I can't be away from our family.. I hate to be lonely when my husband at work.. I could say that 2010 was so adventurous.. it's when I got my first trip to South Kalimantan.. I enjoyed it so much, it's just enough for us those adventures.. it's now time to be back to the city and renew life there.. I'm planning on so many things when we're there later.. my son should get his first school this year, my mom in-law wants her another grandchild either.. hahaha so, there's no more thing that so much worthy to makes us stay here for any longer.. :)

Suramadu Bridge, A Slice of East Java

In a good mood for blogging, I won't refuse to take the chance.. Lebih sering malesnya ketimbang semangatnya ngeblog lately.. Well, it's not a completely new thing or new trip I'd love to tell here now, but my friend's 2-years-ago trip that she wrote on her blog yesterday was so inspiring.. why not writing about my trip to Suramadu Bridge on November 2010 here..

so, voila here I go telling you about my trip and the bridge itself especially.. Jembatan Suramadu or Surabaya-Madura Bridge is located in East Java, with length about 5.4 km and becomes the longest bridge in Indonesia even in South East Asia too I guess.. the travel was actually to visit my mom's birthplace Lamongan East Java, but hey, I visit Java once a year, why we don't use the chance to visit the bridge either, I mean we're heading the same direction, oops kinda lil bit swerving the car to other direction actually.. hahaha

things about 2011

when I said that I have completely no more motivation to do my blog, that was absolutely true.. but I don't wanna be unmotivated person for no reason.. well doing blog is like we want to create something but, that moody stuff is harmful, and I don't get anything positive about being unmotivated.. so, for the beginning of the another-amazing-year, I want to be a very motivated and inspired person.. that's enough for my super short post today.. hahahaha agak gak nyambung sama judul post ini, but, it's okay.. :)
