trying to restore/reactivate my old twitter account --> @clinicoustic, even I know twitter might not allow this.. well, I'm missing my popped up timeline and my 767 twitter followers.. I actually have been in twitter help/escalate blah blah blah.. but, anytime I was there, twitter said:

Something is technically wrong.
